System Description |
The KRi Tester Precisé TU-200 is a dynamic axial-torsion system. It delivers the best solution for high accuracy and reliability testing of your products. The TU-200 is a fully electrical-actuated mechanical system which requires little maintenance. This electromechanical system is engineered with two-column design to enhance both axial and torsional frame stiffness. This ergonomically designed load frames give maximum access to the specimen.
In many applications, materials are subjected to vibrating or oscillating forces. To reproduce these conditions, the materials need to be subjected to repeated cycles of loading and unloading. The KRi Tester Precisé TU-200 supports dynamic testing where a test specimen is subjected to a specified number of cycles of loading and unloading or till failure, whichever comes first. You may use a standard loading and unloading profile, for example a sinusoidal waveform which is characteristic of vibrations. Alternatively you may define your special loading and unloading profile, derived from kinematic equations or by experiments. Special profiles are usually required when testing biomechanical components or structures, for example, simulating the Gait cycle.
The KRi Tester Precisé TU-200 uses a common (and familiar) personal computer (PC) as man-machine-interface and workstation. The two axes of motion are controlled by a dedicated PC-based board with dual processor architecture, 32-bit CPU and DSP.
The KRi BiTester software, running on the PC, allows you to perform these functions:
The test data collected by the KRi BiTester software is stored in ASCII tabular format which can be readily imported into third party software for analysis and plotting.
